THIS IS IT! This class incorporates functional movements done at high intensity. CrossFit focuses on the workout of the day (WOD). The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual (YOU) can sustain with good form and proper technique. This class is the perfect application for all fitness levels.
What to do! If you’re not already a member, please join us today! As part of your membership attend one of the many classes available—oh, and don’t forget to grab a hand towel…..you’ll need it!
