Barbell Strength: This class is perfect for those interested in weight training. Participants will learn proper techniques and weight training lifts.
Boot Camp: Total body workout including drills, weight training, agility work and plyometrics with core focus on each movement, for all fitness levels.
Cardio Fit: Increase your cardio fitness and strength. A welcoming workout for beginners, but also challenging for fitness enthusiasts. Great for all fitness levels.
Active Older Adults: A proven community-based senior fitness and arthritis management program. Class consists of low impact exercises focusing on cardiovascular strength, flexibility and balance.
Kettlebells: This class uses some of the most powerful tools for improving your fitness and physique. They combine strength training, mobility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. Combining Kettlebells and bodyweight movements makes class challenging, yet flexible enough for individuals of most fitness levels. Program focuses on joint mobility and stability, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular flexibility, total-body range of motion, and injury prevention.
Zumba: This class fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves. Workouts to create a dynamic fitness program. We combine the power of step aerobics with the fun fitness party that only Zumba brings. All fitness levels welcome.
Triple Threat: Total body strength and resistance workout set to your favorite music with three intervals of high intensity cardio.
