Active Older Adults: A proven community-based senior fitness and arthritis management program. Class consists of low impact exercises focusing on cardiovascular strength, flexibility and balance.
Zumba: This class fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves. Workouts to create a dynamic fitness program. We combine the power of step aerobics with the fun fitness party that only Zumba brings. All fitness levels welcome. (Seniors Friendly too)
