Pilates: Traditional floor Pilates that focus on core strength, total body flexibility, posture and balance.
Strength and Stretch: This class uses a variety of hand weights, bands, BOSU, weight bars and other equipment to strengthen and tone your muscles. Yoga and Pilate poses are also incorporated. Perfect class for seniors or non-conditioned adults.
Yoga: Focuses on classic yoga postures, alignment principles and breathing techniques. Yoga helps reduce stress and increase overall well-being.
What to do! If you’re not already a member, please join us today! As part of your membership attend one of the many classes available—oh, and don’t forget to grab a hand towel…..you’ll need it!
